Exists since 1993.

By the basis for creation of a museum was the following:

•       Among the employees of institute of the engineers of water transport has appeared much blockated  people

•       In a building, which today borrows institute within Great Domestic War settled down, evacuated from Leningrad,

In an exposition of a museum the original materials taken out from blockated  cities and showing of a heroic defense of Leningrad are submitted.

•       Samples of the blockated bread

•       Food cards

•       Miss for pass on city in night time

•       Card and circuit of military years

•       Newspapers, leaving in Leningrad during this period

•       Battle awards

•       Rare photos of the destroyed and restored buildings and monuments

In a cinema hall it is possible to see the unique documentary films which have been removed to the operators of the Soviet and German army in blockated Leningrad.
