Exists since 1988.
In two small halls of this museum you learn a history of the very first area of Novosibirsk. The manager will tell about the first city dwellers, about the first street, school, about the first enterprise, about air station.
All exhibits and materials are submitted in a museum, the histories of occurrence of development of area since 1893 are devoted:

• Construction of the bridge through the river Ob and item. Gusevka
• Occurrence of the first school and first library, radio station and first air station
• Construction of underground
• Creation of the industrial enterprises and HIGH SCHOOLS

In show-windows more 600 ancient subjects of a life and products, old tools are submitted which were used at construction of houses in item Gusevka.
